The Dead Air Nomad Ti OTB was built for hunters who want strong sound suppression without turning a hunting rifle into an overly long, front-heavy setup. Its over-the-barrel design extends part of the suppressor rearward around the barrel, allowing the Nomad Ti OTB to maintain the volume of a larger suppressor while adding only 4.6 inches past the muzzle.

Constructed from lightweight 6Al4V titanium, the Nomad Ti OTB weighs just 10.5 ounces and measures 7.65 inches overall. Moving a portion of the suppressor behind the muzzle also shifts the weight closer to the shooter, helping maintain better rifle balance in the field.

This is a particularly strong option for lightweight hunting rifles and magnum cartridges where overall rifle length and muzzle weight matter. Dead Air rates the Nomad Ti OTB for cartridges up to .300 RUM and 7mm Backcountry, with a muzzle-energy rating of more than 4,400 ft-lbs.

Why the OTB design matters: Instead of putting the entire suppressor forward of the muzzle, the Nomad Ti OTB places part of its volume around the barrel. The result is a full-size 7.65-inch suppressor that adds only 4.6 inches to the rifle while moving more of its weight rearward.
