Terms of Service

Last updated: July 2026

By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this website. Lawson & Cooper Arms reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.

Eligibility

By using this website or placing an order, you represent that you meet the applicable minimum age requirement for the product ordered under federal law — 18 years of age for long guns and long-gun ammunition, and 21 years of age for handguns, handgun ammunition, and NFA items such as suppressors and SBRs. You further represent that you may legally purchase and possess the products ordered and are not prohibited from doing so under any applicable law.

Customers are solely responsible for compliance with all federal, state, and local laws applicable to their purchase and possession of products sold by Lawson & Cooper Arms.

Firearms Sales & FFL Transfers

All firearm purchases must be shipped to a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder. Customers are responsible for selecting a valid receiving FFL dealer, ensuring purchased products are legal in their jurisdiction, and completing all required background checks and transfer requirements. Lawson & Cooper Arms reserves the right to refuse or cancel any transaction that may violate applicable laws or our compliance standards. Firearms will not be shipped directly to individuals where prohibited by law.

Product Availability & Pricing

Inventory availability, pricing, specifications, and product descriptions are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing or listing errors, cancel orders resulting from inaccuracies, limit quantities, refuse service, and discontinue products at any time. Product images may occasionally differ slightly from manufacturer updates or variations.

Order Acceptance

Submission of an order does not guarantee acceptance. Orders may be canceled or refused for reasons including suspected fraud, payment verification issues, compliance concerns, product availability, incorrect pricing, or shipping restrictions. Customers may be contacted for additional verification before an order is approved.

Payment Terms

Payments are processed through authorized third-party payment providers. Customers agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize Lawson & Cooper Arms to charge the selected payment method for approved purchases. Fraudulent transactions, chargeback abuse, or unauthorized disputes may result in order cancellation, refusal of future service, and reporting to applicable authorities where appropriate.

Shipping & Returns

Shipping, return, refund, and cancellation policies are governed by the separate policies posted on this website. Customers are responsible for reviewing those policies prior to purchase.

Custom Engraving & Personalized Products

Custom engraved, personalized, or special-order items may not be canceled, returned, or refunded once production has begun. Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving customization details before final production. We reserve the right to refuse custom work that violates our standards or applicable laws.

All website content, including logos, branding, product photography, graphics, text, designs, and layouts, is the property of Lawson & Cooper Arms or its respective content owners and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

Manufacturer warranties, if applicable, remain the responsibility of the manufacturer.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lawson & Cooper Arms shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of use, loss of profits, delays caused by third parties, or compliance-related transfer delays. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the applicable product or order.
